On the 1st
of December in Brussels, SMART celebrated it’s PO Proposers Day related to the
6th call that is ongoing at the moment.
The event
was held physically with people from 9 different countries attending. Innovate
UK (Mr. Ben Morris) and BPI France (Mr. Ronan Bourgeois), as new countries
participating in SMART in this 6th call, intervened explaining the
importance of Manufacturing in their countries and some of the funding schemes
that the participants will be able to apply to.
And after
that sixteen projects ideas looking to build a consortium that can lead to a
proposal being sent before the deadline on the 30th of January were
presented to the audience; eight of them were presented live in the room and
the other eight, that were pre-recorded, were shown on the screen.
