The SMART Technical Committee and Public Authorities Board met last week to share their impressions about the Project Outlines submitted to the 3rd Call. All the submitted projects were invited to the FPP phase as they fit within the scope of SMART. Some proposals will need improvements, but the topics of the projects were considered adequate in all the cases.
We are looking forward to receiving your Full Project Proposals. For those that did not submit any proposals to this phase, remember that it is possible to submit a FPP straightforward.
