97 organizations from 15 countries with a total budget of 30M€ are given the opportunity to increase the competitiveness of the European manufacturing industry. This label will give those innovative SMART projects the chance to negotiate funding with their respective public authorities.
Labelled projects cover strategic sectors such as Aeronautic, Automotive and Capital Goods and most of them are focused on Advanced Manufacturing Processes and Sustainable Manufacturing. Other topics like Intelligent and Adaptive Manufacturing Systems and Person-Machine collaboration have also great relevance.
